Edusmart College is a dual-medium high school that offers tuition in
English and Afrikaans as language of learning and Teaching (LOLT).

Edusmart College developed out of Edusmart Academy and Futuresmart Academy – a natural progression in the wonderful season of growth we have experienced during the last three years. While Edusmart Academy and Futuresmart Academy have served as wonderful, inclusive safe spaces for their respective students to thrive in, the need for our high school students to have a space of their own that can guide them in the secondary phase of their school careers became apparent – a place where high school students could grow and prosper.
Edusmart College aims to provide the same supportive, nurturing, stress-free environment and steadfast principles that have come to be synonymous with the Edusmart Group of schools: a values-driven and Christian-based, inclusive environment where students from all creeds and cultures can learn at their own pace and live happy, healthy, productive lives.

embrace, value, and accommodate each learner with their individual needs, beliefs, strengths, race and culture; - create a happy, co-operative and stress-free teaching and learning environment.
At Edusmart College we…
- Break the mould of traditional teaching.
- Provide a niche for Grade 1-7 learners with barriers to learning / silent disabilities or learners whom we regard as individuals with different and unique learning styles.
- Are a group of educators, dedicated to inspirational learning and supporting the most vulnerable individuals who do not thrive in the mainstream system.
- Teach learners in small groups of 10-12 within a blended learning model in the classroom. We offer multiple curricular paths, ensuring that all the required tasks are executed at school.
- Do not require parents to become teachers: enough time is spent in class to re-enforce concepts taught.
- Offer remedial tuition in Literacy and Numeracy which is included in the school fees.
